We have been ministering for Forty Years, to the People of Scurry County. We believe in old fashion preaching,{King James Bible}, door to door visitation, and loving the brothers and sisters in Christ!  A ministry, that carries on the ministry of Jesus Christ!

Sis. Shirley and Bro. Buck Hatfield, Faith's founding Pastor, and Wife.

Faith Baptist was formed in 1969, by:  Bro. Buck Hatfield and his dear wife, Sis. Shirley Hatfield.

 Faith began meeting in the Scurry county Coliseum.  It was a blessed beginning.  People began getting saved, set,

and secure in the Word of God.  They soon bought property and built an building at: 208 37th St.  Then they soon

 out grew that one, and built another, right beside it.  Bro. Buck Hatfield, went to be with his Father in Heaven in 1995. 

Sis. Shirley Hatfield, is still doing good, and is very active.  Faith Baptist, is now running 150 people in every Sunday Morning Service. 

 Jesus is still winning souls, and adding to his Church daily as such should be saved.  Jesus is on the Throne at Faith Baptist Church.

We want you to know that the history of the Faith Baptist Church was great, but the future is brighter and greater than ever!
